ON-LINE MUSICIANS EXCHANCE SERVICE (OMES)

OMES is an independant service offering musicians and bands the ability to search mulitmedia "resumes" of potential candidates. This service is initially offered at no cost and is intended to provide a means for musicians and bands to get together.

All entries to this data base will be of a similar format for easy browsing and a search engine will be installed to allow you to search by category. An example is illustrated below of an entry in the database. Any entry may include (1) a picture, (2) audio or video clips, (3) brief biography and summary of intentions. You may download portions of audio and video samples by selecting the appropriate hyperlink within each summary.

BASICALLY ALL I AM LOOKING TO DO IS TO HOOK UP WITH OTHER UNATTACHED BAND MEMBERS FOR JAMMING AND FORMING A POSSIBLE BAND. I AM A 35 YEAR OLD MAN WHO HAS BEEN PLAYING GUITAR FOR 23 YEARS SEEKING TO PLAY WITH OTHER, MATURE EXPERIENCED MUSICIANS. I WANT TO FORM A BLUES OR ROCK BAND. I AM CURRENTLY TAKING LESSONS FROM ONE OF THE FINEST BLUES GUITARESTS IN THE NATION TO IMPROVE MY TECHNIQUE. I AM ALSO CREATIVE AND A SONGWRITER.
